The ELF High Definition Powder in Sheer is a translucent powder that can be used to set the entire face. I purchased the powder months ago, and I have gone back and forth on how I feel about it. Find out why below.

High Definition Translucent Powder Description:
“This high definition loose powder creates a “soft focus” effect on the skin. Helps mask fine lines and imperfections for a radiant looking complexion. ELF High Definition Powder in Sheer Review
I have used the ELF High Definition Powder (in Sheer) off and on for months and I used to like it.
In general, this “affordable” powder is good.
It works as a baking powder, but is not as finely milled as I prefer. I don’t often bake under my eyes anymore, so I tend to reach for more micronized powders that quickly absorb into the skin.
I think the ELF High Definition Powder is good for the price point ,and you get a lot of product, but its not my favorite.
It does give the skin a soft finish but doesn’t add any “radiance” as described.
Overall, this product is good, but doesn’t wow me.
However, I have used the High Definition under eye setting powder ($3 – no longer available) and that product is wonderful, so it is a great alternative if you only looking for a translucent under eye setting powder as opposed to one for your entire face.
I still use the High Definition Powder, but I don’t reach for it as often as I thought I would after discovering other powders that have become my favorites.
