To get your birthday gift, visit any Sephora store or Sephora at Kohls store.

Tell the Sephora team member that it's your birthday month and you would like to pick a birthday gift.

They will ask for the email address connected to your account and direct you to the display of gift options.  That's it, super easy!

First, fill your cart with $25 worth of product then follow one of these paths to select a Birthday gift:

• If you are logged into Sephora online: Hover over your profile picture > Select Beauty Insider Summary > Scroll down to the blue colored Samples section > click the Free Birthday Gift link.
• From the Sephora homepage: Scroll down to the Beauty Offers section > click View All > scroll down the page until you see the “Happy Birthday” section with birthday gift option images > click Redeem Now.
• If you are using the App: Select the offers button, next to your Profile picture. At the bottom of that page, you will see the “Happy Birthday” Rewards area.  Select “Redeem Now” to choose your gift.

• You have the wrong birth month listed in your account.
• You do not have a birth date listed in your account.
• You're sharing an account with a friend and/or family member(s). Only the birthday listed in the account can receive a birthday gift.

Contact Sephora Customer Support via chat, email or phone (1-877-SEPHORA) to update any account information.

No, Sephora has closed most of the Sephora at JCPenney stores.

You are no longer able to redeem your birthday gift offer through JCPenney.

However you can get your gift at any Sephora store, and Sephora at Kohl's stores. You can also get your gift online through Sephora.com or Kohls.com.

You have the entire month of your birthday to redeem your birthday gift offer.

You also have 2 weeks before AND after your birth date to redeem your gift offer.

You can only redeem your birthday gift once per calendar year.

However, December birthdays often see the current year’s gift options as well as new gift options.

Warning: December babies - you can redeem your gift early, but you won’t be able to get another gift later that year so keep that in mind.

For example, My birthday is December 18^th. I was able to grab the 2023 VIB/Rouge Patrick Ta birthday gift.  When new birthday gifts were released, my account showed an option to pick up a 2024 birthday gift as well.

Sephora often adds more birthday gift options throughout the year, so I’ll wait until December 2024 to see what my birthday gift options are then, instead of choosing a gift early.
