Yes! All Ulta Beauty Rewards Members are eligible for a free birthday gift each calendar year.

Simply sign up for the Ulta Beauty Rewards Program with your birthday and email address.  Sign up here.

There are 2 ways to join the Ulta Beauty Rewards Program, in-store or online.

All you need is a valid email address, phone number (optional), your birth month & day to receive your birthday offers.

• To join Ulta Beauty Rewards In store – Ask a sales associate to help you sign up for the Rewards program.
• To join Ulta Beauty Rewards Online – Click the Ulta Beauty Rewards link on Ulta.com to sign up. This is usually located in the menu, on the top of the webpage, and at the bottom of the webpage.

1. You need to sign up for the Ulta Beauty Rewards Program.
2. At the beginning of your birthday month, Ulta Beauty will send an email with your free birthday gift coupon, plus additional offers based on your membership level.
3. No purchase is required to pick up your birthday gift in-store.
4. A purchase is required to order your birthday gift online (and through the Ulta App). Shipping costs may still apply.

You must join the Ulta Beauty Rewards program to be eligible for a free birthday gift, or other birthday offers.

As an Ulta Beauty Rewards Member you can select a birthday gift from the Birthday Gift Page or from the Account area (when using the App or logged into your profile).

Then, use the coupon code in your birthday email or the Ulta Beauty app to claim your free gift at checkout.

At the checkout counter, let a sales associate know that you would like to pick up your birthday gift.

They will ask for your account information (email or phone number), show you the gift options, and scan the gift to show that your offer has been redeemed. That's it!

Reasons why you weren’t able to get your Ulta birthday gift:

• You aren’t registered as a Ulta Beauty Rewards Member (its free to join).
• You don’t have a valid email address associated with your rewards account.
• You don’t have a birth month & day listed in your rewards account.
• Your birth date was not entered by the 8th of your birthday month, which is required to receive the birthday gift offer.

Contact Ulta Customer Service to update any incorrect account information.
