This deal allows you to create your own Tarte “kit” by choosing a product from each of these categories:

The Tarte Custom Kit Sale is usually offered a few times a year; after Mother’s Day (around May or sometimes June) and in the fall (around October or November).

What you need to know about Tarte’s Customize your own Kit

Tarte sells a lot of great products, there’s no question about that, but I wondered (after I completed my purchase) if this was really a good deal.

The brand often promotes their “Friends & Family” discounts where you can receive anywhere from 15% – 30% off your purchase for a few days online.

So, by my logic, if I bought my Custom Kit for $65 and the value of items is greater than $90, then the deal was worth it.

Otherwise, I could just wait for the next 30% off Friends & Family discount and buy these items separately, right?!

Is the sale worth it based on the products I’ve used from the kit?

Nubelease is about makeup and beauty, and I review a lot of products throughout the year. Buying and testing new makeup is always going to be worth it for me.

The results of what I actually loved and hated is really mixed. Some products are amazing and have become favorites like the Amazonian Clay Blush, but others were complete misses for me.

When deciding on the Tarte Cosmetics Custom Kit Sale, consider if you want value in dollar amount or value in the use of products.

After using the products I chose from the sale, I can say the Tarte Sale is still worth it for me. I’ve been purchasing the kit for years and still plan on purchasing the next one.
