The dopamine trend started around 2022 and peaked on social media in 2025, but I don’t think dopamine nails are going anywhere. I think fun nails have become the norm. Maybe it’s because minimalism has had its moment. Maybe it’s because the world feels chaotic enough already. Either way, beauty lovers are embracing color and self-expression more than ever. High key, dopamine nails are one of the easiest ways to do it too.
